Tajine for induction

The Moroccan way of slow-cooking.
The name tajine refers both to the pan and its conical cover as to the dishes you prepare in it.
The conical shape makes it uniquely moist, hot cooking environment, as the food cooks, steam rises in the cone, condenses and drips down onto your dish.
